When taking a picture of a new contact, ensure that the contact is looking toward you so that the face detection and portrait creation algorithms can correctly find the face of your new contact.
The main screen will tell you if a face is detected and if the detected face is properly sized to ensure that the created portrait is optimal. The larger the face is in the image taken, the better the resolution will be for the created portrait. You can update an existing contact's photo and information or create an entirely new contact that will use the newly created portrait.
When creating a new contact you can add all of the new contacts information when you select "Create new contact" after pressing the "Create New" button.
After a new contact is created, or an existing contact's photo is updated, Controlled Contacts will return you to the take photos screen to allow you to add more contacts.
