Our founder has over 20 years of experience in the integration of systems and components, in both hardware and software design. Our founder's experience allows us to provide unique and timely development services.

Management. Frederick (Rick) Fluck is the Chief Executive Officer and founder of Controlled Capture Systems. Mr. Fluck has over 20 years experience in project management, procurement, production, marketing, and software and hardware engineering and design. He holds several issued and pending patents for his work.
