It supports low and high resolution cameras such as web-cameras and mega-pixel USB cameras. The Guardian timer function uses image comparison to trigger the saving of imagery in a time-lapse fashion. This prevents hours of footage with no change in image information and the software only takes a picture when a change from the reference image is detected. • The Simple Timer utilizes a set time interval to acquire and save imagery.
• The versatile Calendar Timer is used for long period time-lapse studies.
• The Interactive timer allows users to input time brackets, allowing for input times when events are actually happening, for example during weekdays, and disabling the timer over weekends.
• The Staggered timer allows the user to obtain a sequence of images in staggered steps of time in one minute intervals.
